HOW TO MEASURE

  1. Place a piece of paper on the floor, lined up to a wall. You might want to use a piece of tape to secure it to the floor so it doesn’t move around.
  2. With your back to the wall, stand on the paper making sure your heel is touching the wall and your weight is evenly split between both feet.
  3. Once you are standing comfortably, have someone trace around your toes on the paper with a pencil or pen. Don’t lean forward and do this yourself, you will shift your weight forward and potentially change your footprint.
  4. Then use a ruler to measure your footprint length. Measure from the wall, or the heel edge of the page, to the longest part of your foot. Make sure you take measurements for both the right and left feet.
